Pedoc Power Solutions is a family-owned American manufacturer specializing in landscape power pedestals. As a division of Marcres Metalwerks, a precision metal fabricator, we benefit from over 45 years of expertise in metal fabrication—a legacy that sets our work apart.

Our History

Pedoc Power Solutions began in the early 1990s when an experienced electrician recognized a serious problem in outdoor power distribution. Traditional methods—using conduit, wooden posts, and plastic covers—were neither safe nor durable. Frustrated with constant repairs, he envisioned a long-lasting, utility-grade power pedestal that would provide reliable outdoor power access.

To bring this idea to life, he partnered with Marcres Metalwerks, and together, we developed what would become the Pedoc power pedestal—a solution built for safety, strength, and longevity. Over time, the product line was expanded to meet the growing demand of various amperage applications while blending into landscape designs. Our pedestals meet outdoor power needs in parks, streetscapes, campuses, residential and commercial developments, as well as government and municipal spaces throughout the U.S.

In 2009, when the original founder retired, Marcres Metalwerks acquired Pedoc and under new leadership, we continued to evolve, integrating advanced manufacturing technology and customer-driven improvements to ensure our products set the industry standard.
